Role Overview:
We are looking for a strategic HR Business Partner to drive organizational performance, leadership effectiveness, and people strategy in a fast-growing international company. You will partner with Executive Management to build scalable HR practices, enable leaders, and leverage AI to transform HR processes and workforce capabilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a People Strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with Executive Management on organizational design, workforce planning, and business transformation.
- Build and implement a company-wide performance management framework from scratch, including performance reviews, KPIs, competency frameworks, and goal-setting processes.
- Design and implement talent management, succession planning, and career development programs.
- Coach and empower managers to become effective people leaders.
- Introduce AI solutions and automation into HR processes to improve efficiency and employee experience.
- Develop workforce upskilling and reskilling initiatives to support AI adoption and evolving business needs.
- Establish and monitor HR KPIs and people analytics to measure organizational performance.
- Lead organizational development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure HR processes support a global, remote workforce and comply with applicable employment legislation.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a strategic HR leadership role, with a strong focus on talent management, performance management, and leadership development.
- Experience working in a scaling technology, SaaS, fintech, or other fast-growing international company.
